About the Role
EuroTech ME is seeking a Head of AV to lead audiovisual system design, integration, and team management across UAE and KSA. The role involves overseeing AV projects, providing technical support, and ensuring quality compliance.

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain audiovisual systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical recommendations
- Oversee installation and integration of AV equipment
- Lead a team of AV technicians and engineers, providing guidance and mentorship
- Assign tasks and prioritize workload
- Serve as primary point of contact for AV related issues
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
- Manage AV projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors
- Perform quality assurance testing on AV systems
- Assist Pre Sales team with AV design and specification
- Manage SLA ticket deadlines for support requests
Requirements
- Proven track record in Audio Visual systems integration and project delivery
- Proven & certified experience in major AV brands (Crestron, Poly, Cisco, etc.)
- Articulate and well spoken in English (verbal and written)
- Great personal time management skills
- Confident speaking in front of groups of up to 10+
- Composed nature in the face of challenges
- Proof of past experience and examples of project delivery
- Well presented, neat, and able to speak in corporate settings
- Fighting spirit and drive to help grow the business
- Occasional travel to KSA

Job Description
- Design, implement, and maintain audiovisual systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with EuroTech Project Managers.
- Assist Pre Sales team with AV design and specification.
- Proactively manage AV project delivery process.
- Ensure project delivery is planned in advance.
- Communicate client or third party dependencies.
- Guide AV programming team and allocate tasks.
- Assist Pre Sales team with product selection.
- Assist in recruitment of site staff and programming staff.
- Manage SLA ticket deadlines for support requests.
Key Requirements
- Proven track record in Audio Visual systems integration and project delivery.
- Proven & certified experience in major AV brands (Crestron, Poly, Cisco, etc.).
