Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in UAE.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving growth for the company.
  • This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, sales expertise, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive EuroTech ME's growth and presence in the UAE and KSA.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Collaborate with the wider teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Travel to client sites and industry events as needed to foster relationships and represent the company.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development of experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience within the technology, security & audio visual space is essential.
  • Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights.
  • Self motivated and results oriented, with a proactive approach to problem solving.
