- Perform any other responsibilities related to the nature of the department's work or as assigned by the Director of the Labor Market Information Department.
- Manage partnerships with AI technology providers and research institutions.
- Prepare and contribute to the development of the department's strategic plan proposal, as well as prepare and monitor operational plans to ensure alignment with departmental objectives.
- Stay informed about emerging AI technologies and trends and assess their potential impact on the ministry.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure the availability, integrity, and quality of data required for AI models.
- Monitor performance indicators periodically, prepare departmental progress reports, and submit them to the department director.
- Participate in the preparation of the department's budget in coordination with relevant units within the organization.
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of AI use cases, solutions, and data analytics tools.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand AI and analytics capabilities across the ministry.
- Strengthen relationships with internal and external partners to ensure the delivery of services according to the highest standards.
- Provide necessary support to the department director and perform other assigned tasks.
- Provide technical expertise and support for AI and analytics initiatives.
- Support the ministry's digital business development sector through continuous data reviews and recommendations that contribute to the sustainability, accuracy, and reliability of data, including proactive monitoring and in-depth analysis of anticipated risks from stakeholders.
