- Define and execute the Group wide AI strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead development and deployment of AI, ML, Generative AI, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation solutions
- Establish enterprise AI governance frameworks, model monitoring standards, and responsible AI policies
- Define and execute the enterprise data strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Oversee enterprise data architecture, data platforms, data integration, and data lifecycle management
- Establish and maintain enterprise wide data governance frameworks, policies, standards, and controls
- Lead data quality initiatives to improve consistency, reliability, accuracy, and completeness of enterprise data
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, security, and information governance requirements
- Establish enterprise wide KPI frameworks, performance measurement standards, and executive reporting capabilities
- Build, mentor, and scale high performing teams across AI, Data Engineering, Analytics, BI, and Governance
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field
- 12+ years of experience across Data, Analytics, AI, Information Management, or Governance
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven experience developing and executing enterprise AI and data strategies
- Strong experience establishing enterprise data governance frameworks
- Deep understanding of data quality, metadata management, data lineage, and master data management
- Experience leading enterprise wide data transformation and modernization initiatives
- Strong expertise in AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and advanced analytics
- Experience with cloud based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks
- Strong understanding of data privacy, security, regulatory compliance in regulated industries
- Experience building and leading multidisciplinary teams across AI, Data Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Governance
- Strong understanding of financial services, brokerage, capital markets, or related industries is highly desirable

Role Overview
- The Head of AI, Data & Governance will lead MultiBank Group's enterprise wide AI, Data Management, Data Governance, and Analytics strategy.
- This strategic leadership role is responsible for establishing a modern data driven organization, driving AI adoption, and ensuring data assets are governed, secure, reliable, and leveraged effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Group wide AI strategy aligned with business objectives and long term technology vision.
- Lead the development and deployment of AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Establish enterprise AI governance frameworks, model monitoring standards, explainability practices, and responsible AI policies.
- Define and execute the enterprise data strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee enterprise data architecture, data platforms, data integration, and data lifecycle management.
- Establish and maintain enterprise wide data governance frameworks, policies, standards, and controls.
- Lead data quality initiatives to improve consistency, reliability, accuracy, and completeness of enterprise data.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience across Data, Analytics, AI, Information Management, or Governance disciplines, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience developing and executing enterprise AI and data strategies within large scale organizations.
- Strong experience establishing and managing enterprise data governance frameworks and operating models.
- Deep understanding of data quality, metadata management, data lineage, master data management, and information governance principles.
- Experience leading enterprise wide data transformation and modernization initiatives.
- Strong expertise in AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and advanced analytics methodologies.
- Experience working with cloud based data and analytics platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of data privacy, security, regulatory compliance, and governance requirements within highly regulated industries.
- Experience building and leading multidisciplinary teams across AI, Data Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Governance functions.
- Strong understanding of financial services, brokerage, capital markets, trading platforms, CFDs, Forex, Cryptocurrency, or related industries is highly desirable.
