Role overview

Responsibilities

• Own player acquisition strategy and execution.
• Build and manage acquisition experiments and test new channels.
• Own paid acquisition and develop affiliate, creator, influencer, and streamer channels.
• Explore sponsorships, partnerships, and unconventional distribution opportunities.
• Improve the funnel from first impression through registration, deposit, and repeat play.
• Develop and rapidly test ads, content, and campaigns with creative resources.
• Track CAC, CPA, FTDs, conversion, retention, player value, and channel economics.
• Allocate budgets, scale successful channels, and stop channels with weak economics.
• Analyze competitors and identify acquisition tactics worth testing.
• Build processes, reporting, and eventually a team around successful channels.

Requirements

• Experience in iGaming, betting, crypto, or a similar vertical is required.
• Strong experience in customer acquisition, growth, or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of acquisition funnels and unit economics.
• Comfort owning budgets and being accountable for results.
• Commercial, numbers-driven, resourceful, and willing to test unconventional ideas.
• Ability to combine strategic ownership with hands-on execution.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving early-stage company.
