You'll own clipping end to end. Run the current pipeline, fix what's broken, and build the plan to bring it fully in-house: sourcing clippers, vetting, briefing, payment, quality control. Real ownership, real speed, hardcore love of conversion and making things go viral.

Have a proven track record in clipping: agency-side, in-house, or scaled up from clipping yourself

Know the marketplaces and models, agencies, freelancers

Live and breathe TikTok, X, Instagram and Shorts, and know what's working on them right now

Can build an operation from scratch, not just follow one

Essential: igaming, crypto or sports betting - we aren't selling soft toys and you should know how to get content live
