Position Purpose
Own the business development, strategy, operations, profitability, customer management, and growth of the Employee Transport Services business.
Lead the ETS lifecycle from client acquisition and solution design through onboarding, operations, safety, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Expand the business across existing and new geographies while maintaining operational excellence and sustainable growth.
Business Development and Commercials
- Develop the ETS business development strategy and acquire corporate clients.
- Build sales pipelines across corporate sectors and develop relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Lead client presentations, proposals, RFPs, RFQs, tenders, pricing, commercial models, and negotiations.
- Design customized mobility solutions and assess routes, fleet, manpower, costs, and profitability.
- Drive cross-selling, upselling, revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.
Client and Operations Leadership
- Manage key accounts, customer satisfaction, retention, business reviews, and strategic escalations.
