Role Overview
Lead the overall Finance and Accounts function as Chief Financial Officer.
Own financial strategy, planning, controls, compliance, risk management, fundraising, and long-term financial growth.
Work closely with the Managing Director, CEO, and Board of Directors to drive profitability, expansion, capital planning, and IPO readiness.
Financial Leadership
- Develop financial strategy, annual budgets, forecasts, long-term plans, and business performance recommendations.
- Oversee financial statements, MIS, variance analysis, profitability analysis, and financial reporting.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, working capital, collections, payments, and banking facilities.
- Lead fundraising, debt and equity financing, capital utilization, and restructuring initiatives.
IPO and Capital Markets
- Lead IPO planning, IPO readiness, listing strategy, financial due diligence, disclosures, and regulatory documentation.
- Coordinate with Merchant Bankers, SEBI advisors, Stock Exchanges, legal advisors, auditors, registrars, and other stakeholders.
- Support valuation, capital structuring, investor presentations, roadshows, investor relations, and post-listing reporting.
