- Define and execute the Bank’s enterprise wide data strategy in collaboration with the CDIO
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architecture and technology platforms
- Establish and enforce data governance frameworks, policies, and standards
- Oversee data integration, migration, and automation initiatives across the enterprise
- Drive development of secure, high performance data infrastructure aligned with regulatory and business needs
- Partner with IT and digital transformation teams to build advanced analytics capabilities
- Translate business requirements into technical data solutions and architecture blueprints
- Ensure compliance with QCB and other regulatory bodies through robust data controls
- Promote innovation through adoption of emerging technologies in data and analytics
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of data engineers, architects, and analysts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- Master's degree in Technology, Data Science, or Management is preferred
- 15+ years of experience in banking or financial services with focus on data architecture, technology platforms, and governance
- Proven experience in leading enterprise data programs and building scalable data solutions
- Strong understanding of big data technologies, cloud platforms, and data security
- Expertise in data governance, metadata management, and regulatory compliance

Role Summary
