Role Overview
Kkai Café in Al Quoz is relaunching under new day-to-day management.

Responsibilities
- Cook on the line during daily service.
- Help finalize a costed opening menu.
- Prepare Indian dishes, breakfast items, sandwiches, salads, and quick hot meals.
- Create written recipes, portion sizes, and plating standards.
- Maintain consistent taste, presentation, and speed.
- Plan preparation and organize the kitchen for busy lunch periods.
- Manage ordering, stock rotation, storage, and wastage.
- Control portions and keep food cost within agreed targets.
- Maintain food-safety, cleaning, and hygiene standards.
- Keep the kitchen inspection-ready.
- Train and supervise additional kitchen staff when hired.
- Support delivery and corporate-catering production when required.
