Role Overview

Compensation and Benefit

• Salary is AED 2,200–2,800 per month.
• Company accommodation is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the café during duty hours and manage opening and closing procedures.
• Prepare coffee and other beverages while maintaining product quality and order accuracy.
• Provide customer service, handle orders and billing, and process cash and POS transactions.
• Maintain sales, cash, stock, operational records, reports, and accurate data entries.
• Monitor stock levels, report purchasing requirements, and support food service, takeaway, and delivery orders.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, organization, and service standards across the café.
• Ensure staff duties are completed, handle basic complaints, and report operational issues and performance to the owners.

Requirements

• Previous UAE café or restaurant experience is required.
• Barista experience, good coffee-making skills, and experience managing or supervising a small café are required.
• Candidates must be able to handle cash, POS, stock records, daily reporting, and basic computer or mobile reporting.
• Good spoken English, customer-service skills, reliability, organization, honesty, and strong hygiene standards are required.
• The successful candidate must work independently and personally perform service, cleaning, and operational duties.

Workplace

• Work location is in person in Al Quoz, Dubai.
