Position Overview
Head Chef sought to lead and oversee Hot and Cold Kitchen operations.
The role is responsible for food quality, presentation, kitchen efficiency, team performance, food safety, and hygiene.
Employment Type
- The position is full-time.
Experience and Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Head Chef.
- Strong experience managing both Hot and Cold Kitchen sections.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, presentation, food cost control, inventory management, food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, problem-solving, professionalism, discipline, and attention to detail.
- Culinary qualification or professional culinary training is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise Hot and Cold Kitchen operations.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, plating, and service while maintaining quality, taste, presentation, and portion standards.
- Develop recipes, menus, and kitchen procedures.
- Train, supervise, motivate, and manage kitchen staff.
