Position Overview
Earth Organic Coffee is hiring an experienced Baker.
The role requires at least three years of professional baking experience in a bakery, café, restaurant, or hotel environment.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of professional baking experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and recipes.
- Experience preparing breads, pastries, cakes, and other bakery products.
- Ability to maintain consistent quality and presentation.
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake bakery products according to recipes and quality standards.
- Prepare doughs, fillings, creams, toppings, and other ingredients.
- Monitor baking temperatures and times.
- Maintain product quality, freshness, and presentation.
- Keep the bakery area and equipment clean and organized.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Assist with daily production and minimize waste.
