Role Overview
Join the culinary team as a Demi Chef de Partie supporting professional kitchen operations.
The role requires strong culinary skills and a commitment to food quality and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef de Partie with the daily operation of the assigned kitchen section.
- Prepare and present food to consistently high standards.
- Maintain quality, consistency, and proper portion control.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
- Support the team during busy service periods and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Monitor and properly handle food products and kitchen equipment.
Candidate Requirements
- At least five years of relevant professional kitchen experience.
- Previous experience in a cafe, hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen procedures.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
- Professional attitude and genuine passion for culinary excellence.
