Role description
Oversee all kitchen operations for a specialty coffee concept in Dubai.
Maintain food quality, consistency, presentation, and culinary standards.
Kitchen leadership
- Design and update menus and develop food items that complement specialty coffee offerings.
- Manage, train, and schedule kitchen staff while fostering teamwork and safety.
- Supervise food preparation and maintain quality control across kitchen operations.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health regulations.
Cost and supplier management
- Manage inventory and supplier relationships, control food costs, and monitor waste.
Product and guest experience
- Collaborate with management and bar teams on seasonal pairings and new product launches.
- Enhance the overall guest experience through food quality and kitchen performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or senior kitchen leader in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
