Role Description
Create visual assets that reflect the Roasters brand across digital and print channels.
Support social media graphics, in-store signage, packaging, and promotional materials.
Work full-time on-site in Dubai with close collaboration with the café team.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop design concepts and refine brand visuals.
- Prepare artwork for production and support campaigns.
- Translate brand values into clear visual identities.
- Adapt designs based on feedback and performance insights.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent branding.
- Contribute hands-on to the in-store visual experience.
Qualifications
- Strong graphics and graphic design skills with a high-quality visual portfolio.
- Experience in logo design and branding, including cohesive brand identity development.
- Proficiency in typography and selecting typefaces for readability and brand expression.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent tools.
- Ability to translate brand and marketing goals into visual concepts and campaigns.
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
