Role Description
Work full-time on-site in Dubai as an Event Manager.
Plan, coordinate, and execute events that showcase specialty coffee and the brand experience.
Manage the full event lifecycle from concept development through delivery and follow-up.
Event Operations
- Coordinate vendors, partners, operations, marketing, and barista teams.
- Manage event calendars, budgets, schedules, and on-the-ground logistics.
- Negotiate with suppliers and supervise event setup and breakdown.
- Lead on-site event teams and manage staff scheduling.
- Monitor event performance and implement improvements based on feedback.
- Support community engagement and develop promotional activities around events.
Standards and Compliance
- Ensure events align with brand standards and deliver high-quality guest experiences.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and health and safety requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience in event planning and management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills for multiple events and deadlines.
