- Oversee all kitchen operations and ensure consistent delivery of high quality food
- Lead, train, and develop the kitchen team while maintaining a positive work environment
- Plan menus, recipes, and food presentations in line with restaurant concept and standards
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and consistency across all dishes
- Manage food cost, inventory, purchasing, and waste control to achieve budget targets
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and health regulations
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage stock levels to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Collaborate with restaurant management on menu development, promotions, and special events
- Schedule kitchen staff and oversee productivity and performance
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper maintenance of all kitchen equipment
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing food related concerns
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of kitchen team members

- Must be willing to be assigned in Dubai South
- Experience in overseeing kitchen operations and leading a team
- Knowledge of food cost management and inventory control
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations

Key Responsibilities

Salary
- Pay: AED 18,000.00 AED 20,000.00 per month.
