About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Waiter/Waitress with strong knowledge of European/French cuisine and alcoholic beverages to provide high-quality service in a licensed restaurant in Dubai.

- Uphold the high standards of service of the Restaurant
- Provide friendly and courteous service with enthusiasm
- Ensure the quality of products served to guests
- Demonstrate a positive personality and professional image
- Anticipate individual guests’ needs and tailor service accordingly
- Maximize sales by making suggestions and helping guests make choices
- Exercise responsible selling and consumption of alcohol in accordance with local laws
- Ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all guests
- Ensure constant and timely table turnover
- Observe and practice teamwork at all times
- Upsell and cross sell
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in a licensed restaurant in UAE
- Strong knowledge with European/French Cuisine
- Knowledge in alcoholic beverages is a must
- Has a passion for food & beverage
- Enjoys delivering high quality guest service with a welcoming manner
- Loves interacting with guests and customers
- Communicates with fluency in English
- Committed to serving food of the highest quality
- Willing to work on shifting schedule

As Waiter/Waitress, you are expected to:
- To uphold the high standards of service of the Restaurant

- To be sensitive and responsive to individual guests’ needs and differences.

- To exercise responsible selling and consumption of alcohol by the guest in accordance with local state laws.
- To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all guests.
- To ensure that every visit of the guest becomes an experience.
- To ensure constant and timely table turnover.
- To observe and practice teamwork at all times.
We are looking for someone who has:
- At least 2 years experience in a licensed restaurant in UAE
- Strong knowledge with European/French Cuisine
- Knowledge in alcoholic beverages is a must
- Has a passion for food & beverage
- Enjoys delivering high quality guest service with a welcoming manner
- Loves interacting with guests and customers
- Communicates with fluency in English
- Committed to serving food of the highest quality
- Willing to work on shifting schedule
Pay
- AED 3,500.00 AED 4,250.00 per month
