We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Head Barista with extensive experience in specialty coffee, beverage innovation, and team leadership.
The ideal candidate has a refined palate, deep knowledge of coffee trends, and the ability to create signature drinks that elevate the café experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily barista operations to ensure consistency and quality
- Develop and introduce innovative and trend-driven beverages (hot & cold)
- Maintain exceptional coffee standards including extraction, milk texturing, and presentation
- Train and mentor baristas to improve skills and service quality
- Monitor coffee quality, taste profiles, and supplier consistency
- Create seasonal menus and signature drinks unique to the café
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health regulations
- Work closely with management to improve customer experience and sales
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a barista (with leadership experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, brewing methods, and flavor profiling
- Proven ability to create new drinks and menu concepts
- Up-to-date with global coffee trends and customer preferences
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- High attention to detail and passion for quality
