Cafe Operations Manager

Overview

Key Responsibilities:-

• Oversee and manage all daily cafe operations
• Monitor staff performance and ensure high service standards
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
• Control costs, reduce waste, and manage inventory effectively
• Supervise hiring, training, and staff scheduling
• Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
• Analyze sales reports and implement plans to increase revenue
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage purchasing
• Maintain brand standards and ensure consistent product quality
• Lead the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

• Minimum 4–7years of experience in cafe or restaurant operations in the UAE
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent knowledge of cafe operations and customer service
• Experience in cost control, budgeting, and sales growth strategies
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
