The ideal candidate understands customer behavior, anticipates needs, and builds strong relationships with regular customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly with a genuine smile and positive attitude
- Provide personalized service by remembering regular customers and their preferences
- Take accurate orders and ensure all customer requirements are clearly understood
- Proactively engage with customers to avoid any issues or misunderstandings
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Prepare and serve beverages and light food items according to café standards
- Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in a café or restaurant (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, energetic, and well-presented personality
- Ability to read customer needs and provide proactive service
- Strong memory and attention to detail
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
