The role involves leading a team, ensuring food safety, and meeting production deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements
- Experience with commercial baking equipment.
- Strong knowledge of bread fermentation, dough handling, viennoiserie, and bakery production.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate junior staff.
- Good understanding of food safety, HACCP, and quality control.
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Bakery CDP or Senior Baker in a café, bakery, hotel, or restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the bakery team.
- Ensure food safety and quality control.
- Meet production deadlines.
