Seeking a Head Bakery Chef with excellent bakery knowledge.
The role requires commercial baking experience, bakery production expertise, and the ability to lead junior staff.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience with commercial baking equipment is required.
- Strong knowledge of bread fermentation, dough handling, viennoiserie, and bakery production is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines is required.
- Leadership skills to train and motivate junior staff are required.
- Good understanding of food safety, HACCP, and quality control is required.
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts, weekends, and public holidays is required.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Bakery CDP or Senior Baker in a café, bakery, hotel, or restaurant is required.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000–AED 7,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Lead bakery production using commercial baking equipment.
- Apply bread fermentation, dough handling, and viennoiserie techniques.
- Meet bakery production deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Train and motivate junior bakery staff.
- Maintain food safety, HACCP, and quality control standards.
- Work early morning shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
