- Addressing minor electrical issues like replacing light bulbs or switches
- Performing painting and touch up work to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the hotel
- Handling basic carpentry tasks, like repairing or replacing wooden fixtures
- Addressing guest requests for maintenance and repairs promptly and efficiently
- Adhering to safety guidelines and protocols while performing maintenance tasks

- Ability to initiate contact and establish rapport easily with staff and guests
- Ability to work a rotating roster
- A willingness to meet the requirements of working in a luxury hotel
- Excellent attention to detail and be thorough and exact in details with a sense of urgency
- Versatility in responding to guest requests and situations
- Ability to be an all rounder with wide range of trade skills
