- Oversee the overall operations and management of the fitness studio, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
- Manage studio staff including trainers, front desk executives, housekeeping, and support teams.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management of employees.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and maintain high member engagement and retention.
- Monitor membership sales, renewals, revenue generation, and achievement of business targets.
- Handle client escalations, feedback, and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and community engagement initiatives to increase memberships.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for equipment maintenance, procurement, and facility requirements.
- Ensure all fitness equipment and facilities are maintained in safe and operational condition.
- Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, health, and safety standards across the studio.
- Prepare operational reports, MIS reports, sales analysis, and business performance updates for management.
- Manage budgets, operational expenses, and cost-control initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health & safety standards.
- Develop strategic partnerships and corporate tie-ups to support business expansion.
- Drive a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, motivation, and customer experience.
- Support business development initiatives and identify opportunities for new services or studio expansion.
- Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
