Receiving the guests and providing them with whatever they need in the facility.
Maintain the day-to-day operations at the counter, processing guest payments and acting as an information source on various matters, while providing a high standard of guest services in the facility.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed
- Attend to all the customer’s requirements
- Manage the reception desk
- Maintain and manage customer’s data and ensure accurate records
- Share information regarding the services available in the facility
- Renting out equipment and assigning facilities to customers
- Taking reservations and organising bookings
- Collecting payment for bookings and equipment renting and other types of services
- When required checking of customers tickets related to services to be provided
- Giving safety instructions to the customers and helping them with various systems
- Reporting faults to maintenance staff
- Answering and making phone calls in appropriate manner
- Providing full receptionist function by providing the customers with an enjoyable visit
- Maintain and manage customer’s data and ensure accurate records
- Record and track customer’s complaint and feedback
- Report on customer issues to management
- Share knowledge and ideas to improve the service offered by the facility
- Perform other related duties or assignments as directed
Qualifications And Education Requirements
- High school diploma is desirable
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position
- Experience in handling point of sale (POS)
