Job Purpose
The key responsibility of a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive is to comfortable working with Oracle Fusion and has strong advanced Excel capabilities.
This role focuses on managing receivables, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, and maintaining financial records with a high degree of accuracy.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, payment application, and reconciliation
- Reconciliation of daily cash and credit card transactions with the front-end system reports to Oracle ERP
- Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared
- Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution and maintenance of petty cash and Corporate Card transactions
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone and email
- Assist in audits by providing required documentation and reports
- Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as preparing invoices, sending payment links to customer, and updating necessary folders.
- Performs any other task as directed by Finance Manager
Qualifications And Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Hands-on Experience in Oracle Fusion
- Assist in audits by providing required documentation and reports
- Advance Excel skills
- At least 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong math, computer skills, GL reconciliation proficiency.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments.
