- Provide Internet support and maintenance
- Provide cable management support
- Generate systems communications for property users
- Lead computer systems and networks, including hardware, software, and applications
- Plan and implement new IT systems such as servers, databases, and network infrastructure
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
- More than 5 years' experience working in IT operations
- 3 years' experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies
- Detailed knowledge of operating systems including Win XP, Win 2000, Win 2003
- Network architecture and systems design knowledge and experience
- Certification or equivalent experience in one or more of: MCSE, CCNA, CCNP
- Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems
- Familiarity with Audio/Visual systems

Job Purpose
- Associate, Digital & Technology is responsible for managing the network and server infrastructure of the company.
- Primary duties include security of computer systems and electronic data, development and implementation of customized systems, and overseeing all computer related activities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitors, ensures and manages the acquisition and maintenance of property based systems.
- Analyzes information, identifies current and potential problems, and proposes solutions.
- Maintains, inspects and repairs equipment.
- Ensures computer and network operations are monitored, backup/recovery functions are performed on schedule, and administration functions for hardware, operating and application systems are maintained.

- Lead vendors for property IT requirements as escalation point.
- Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects.
Leadership and Budget
- Leading and reporting on allocation of IT budget.
- Providing directions for IT team members.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- More than 5 years’ experience working in IT operations.
