Role Overview
Serve as the primary point of contact for guests within the facility offering.
Ensure visitors receive a positive, welcoming, and supported experience throughout their visit.
Guest Interaction and Service
- Greet guests warmly and provide information about the facility, operating hours, and services.
- Assist with lane reservations, equipment rentals, and special requests.
- Resolve complaints professionally and escalate issues to the Shift Supervisor when necessary.
- Anticipate guest needs and promote additional services and amenities.
Operational Support
- Support front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, payment processing, and maintaining an organized environment.
- Help ensure guest areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Monitor guest feedback and report recurring issues or improvement suggestions.
Communication and Coordination
- Maintain clear communication with team members to provide a seamless guest experience.
- Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning teams on issues affecting guest satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions about services, policies, and procedures.
