Role Overview
The Guest Service Agent delivers memorable guest experiences while supporting smooth hotel arrivals, departures, and service interactions.
The role combines front-desk service, accurate transaction handling, hotel knowledge, guest communication, and service upselling.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and complete check-in by verifying details, assigning rooms, issuing keys, and providing welcome materials or bell service assistance.
- Process check-out by verifying charges, handling payments, issuing receipts, and accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions, and local area information.
- Recommend hotel amenities through upselling and respond to guest requests, concerns, messages, and communications.
Qualifications
