Role Overview
Provide guest service and front desk support at Pavilion Palace Hotel LLC.
Serve as an information source for guests and coordinate with hotel staff.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and make them feel welcomed upon arrival.
- Administer check-ins and check-outs.
- Provide front desk services, assign rooms, and complete administrative duties.
- Deliver mail and messages and process guest payments.
- Coordinate with bell service and staff management.
- Advise guests on transportation, restaurants, and other matters.
- Accommodate guest requests and diffuse conflicts or tense situations.
Requirements
- Graduate or diploma in Hospitality Management.
- At least 2 years of experience in 3- or 4-star hotels.
- Experience with hotel software IDS.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
- Good time management, organizational, conflict resolution, patience, and listening skills.
