Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and ensure a
  • smooth and positive experience
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Maintain high levels of
  • guest satisfaction and service quality
  • Coordinate with internal departments (housekeeping, front office, operations)
  • Monitor guest feedback and take appropriate actions
  • Assist in managing VIP guests and special requests
  • Maintain records of guest interactions and preferences
  • Ensure compliance with company service standards and policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality / Business (preferred)
  • **0–3 years of experience**
  • in guest relations / customer service / hospitality
  • Excellent
  • communication skills in English
  • (Arabic is a plus)
  • Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented
  • Ability to handle challenging situations calmly
