Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality / Business (preferred)
- **0–3 years of experience**
- in guest relations / customer service / hospitality
- Excellent
- communication skills in English
- (Arabic is a plus)
- Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented
- Ability to handle challenging situations calmly
