Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience & Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for customers; Ensure a positive and seamless customer journey; Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs
  • Issue Resolution & Support: Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations efficiently; Ensure timely resolution; Coordinate with internal teams
  • Customer Retention & Satisfaction: Monitor satisfaction levels; Build strong relationships; Identify at risk customers
  • Feedback & Improvement: Collect feedback; Recommend process improvements
  • Reporting & Tracking: Maintain accurate records; Track KPIs such as CSAT, response time, resolution time
