Role Overview
Deliver exceptional service throughout the client journey, from initial contact through ongoing support.
Represent the brand while adhering to confidentiality and professionalism policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and provide prompt, professional assistance.
- Manage client communications by phone, email, and in person.
- Present and explain company services clearly and accurately.
- Maintain accurate client records and interaction logs.
- Handle client concerns and complaints with efficient, empathetic, resolution-focused communication.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Uphold company policies and maintain strict confidentiality in all client dealings.
Requirements
- At least two years of UAE-based experience in customer service or client relations is required.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
- Discreet, reliable, and customer-focused attitude.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with high-net-worth or VIP clients is advantageous.
