Position Overview
The Guest Relations Agent supports guest experience, service quality, hotel projects, and the company’s service culture.
The role is based in the Rooms division within Guest Relations at The Lana in Dubai.

What You’ll Do
- Improve guest experience, hotel service, process efficiency, and strategic projects with the Guest Experience team.
- Promote the company culture and service philosophy for employees and guests.
- Create special experiences and memorable moments across the guest journey.
- Own storytelling and communicate legendary stories to key stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed guest knowledge to support personalized connections and experiences.
- Support creative planning and manage the in-house market mix through concepts and experiences.
- Manage amenities and gifts inventory and recognize guests through available channels.
- Welcome guests, provide directions, and act as a hotel host or hostess.
