What You'll Do
- Oversee hotel engineering operations, equipment maintenance and repair, structural aspects, grounds, and external facilities.
- Supervise engineering teams, contractors, subordinate managers, and supervisors.
- Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve reliability and extend asset life.
- Assist with capital expenditure planning and lead small CAPEX projects from scope through close-out.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with operational departments to minimize guest disruption.
- Advise senior management on engineering support, environmental controls, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure statutory, safety, policy, and documentation requirements are met.
- Promote a safe working environment and consistent implementation of engineering procedures.
