Role overview
Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is hiring a Guest Relations Agent for its Guest Relations team within the Front Office Department.
The role provides efficient and courteous guest relations service, meets guest expectations, and supports Legendary Quality Experiences.
Responsibilities
- Meet, greet, and escort VIP guests and ensure smooth arrivals and fond farewells.
- Assist with VIP room inspections, guest greetings, amenity requests, communication forms, meetings, and daily operations.
- Monitor guest preferences, manage inventory and billing processes, and support the Front Office during peak periods.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and industry regulations through inspections and audits.
- Track arrivals and departures and proactively attend to individual guest needs.
- Collaborate across departments and foster teamwork for smooth operations.
- Deliver exceptional service, handle complaints, perform check-ins and check-outs, and create memorable guest experiences.
Candidate requirements
- Senior school qualification and at least two years of experience in a five-star hotel environment, including one year in Front Office.
- Pre-opening and Middle East experience are advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PSMS, and other Front Office systems.
