Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome members, VIPs, and guests and provide personalized butler-style service throughout their experience.
• Anticipate needs, preferences, and requests and build discreet, trusted relationships.
• Assist with seating, dining, refreshments, reservations, bookings, luggage, belongings, packages, and special arrangements.
• Provide information about club facilities, services, programs, events, and experiences.
• Coordinate with concierge, valet, hospitality, membership, events, equestrian, and operations teams.
• Support VIP visits, private functions, celebrations, and member-only events.
• Prepare guest areas, tables, lounges, and service settings to luxury standards.
• Maintain records of member preferences, requests, and service notes and handle enquiries, feedback, and concerns.
• Maintain a seamless experience, professional grooming, etiquette, confidentiality, and luxury brand standards.
• Support opening, closing, service preparation, club presentation, and reporting of operational issues.

Desired Skills and Expertise

• At least 2 years of experience in butler service, guest relations, luxury hospitality, private clubs, hotels, or a similar role.
• Experience serving VIP, high-net-worth, and international guests is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong understanding of luxury service standards, etiquette, and personalization.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver proactive service.
• Excellent grooming, presentation, posture, attention to detail, and professional manner.
• Ability to remain calm, composed, and solution-focused under pressure.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of the UAE market and local cultural expectations is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly desirable.
