Guest Experience Advisor

• Be passionate about providing the best possible guest experience, going above and beyond to ensure the guest is at the heart of everything we do • Have great interpersonal skills and be able to adapt these to the situation and the guest • Able to solve problems and put yourself in the shoes of the guest • Have strong written and verbal communication skills, able to write responses along with our guidelines • Possess good IT skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint • You must have fluent English as well as local language skills • Have flexibility in your working hours to cover the full trading hours of the Centre on a rota basis
