- Welcome and assist patients and visitors upon arrival
- Guide patients to the appropriate outpatient clinics, departments, and service areas
- Provide information and directions within the hospital premises
- Support patients throughout their outpatient journey to ensure a smooth and positive experience
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to address patient inquiries and concerns
- Assist elderly patients and individuals requiring additional support
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times
- Contribute to patient satisfaction initiatives and service excellence programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, concierge, or patient relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and customer centric attitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills

Overview
- A leading and well established healthcare group in the UAE is currently seeking Guest Ambassadors to join its patient experience team.
