Role Mission

Client Journey and Sales

• Build client relationships, discover client needs, and provide personalized service in-store and remotely.
• Recruit new clients, develop existing clients, and encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
• Monitor KPIs, maximize selling opportunities, and use product recommendations, cross-selling, and upselling.
• Promote virtual appointments and distance sales, and support client issues, returns, exchanges, and repairs.

Brand, Product, and Store Operations

• Use Gucci storytelling, product expertise, styling advice, and fashion-trend knowledge to guide purchases.
• Attend training and support onboarding or training for new Client Advisors when requested.
• Maintain stock, inventories, POS transactions, client records, visual displays, and store administration.
• Follow Gucci policies, grooming standards, loss-prevention procedures, and opening and closing processes.

Requirements

• At least four years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
• Deep knowledge of and passion for fashion and luxury.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, collaboration, commercial awareness, and client-service abilities.
• Ability to work accurately, adapt to complex situations, and perform in a fast-moving environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation

• The current estimated hourly salary in Ontario is $22.00 CAD.
• Eligible employees may receive commissions and participate in benefits or incentive programs subject to applicable program rules.

Schedule

• The position is scheduled as full time.
• Retail scheduling includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• The stated start date is October 12, 2026.
