Role Mission

Stakeholder Management

• Manage relationships among store managers, retail area managers, business owners, and the training team.
• Assess training needs, define priorities, communicate training impact and return on training investment, and review priorities monthly.

Project Delivery and People Management

• Maintain project timelines and content delivery dates and ensure training content and delivery meet expectations.
• Train management teams, manage store trainers, create team development plans, define priorities and objectives, and monitor performance.

Consulting and Deployment

• Act as the training expert and partner for business owners and recommend solutions for business training needs.
• Collaborate with retail leaders, the Global Retail Academy, and store trainers on deployment plans.
• Facilitate learning and coaching sessions in stores, classrooms, and special events for up to 50% of the time.

Performance and Communications

• Manage the assigned-area budget and measure return on training investment.
• Monitor training KPIs and business KPIs to identify learning solutions that improve sales.
• Develop communications for business training projects and lead change management for training processes and retail evolution.

Requirements

• Minimum seven years of retail industry experience, ideally including retail shop-floor experience.
• Previous training or people-development experience, project management, stakeholder management, and strong retail business orientation.
• Knowledge of adult learning, presentation and people development, digital learning, analytics, international work, and cultural sensitivity.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is appreciated.
• A well-spoken, agile, collaborative, and proactive approach is expected.

• The position is regular employment with a full-time schedule.
