Role Mission
Develop learning solutions and measure their impact on business and people performance.
Act as the first point of contact for business owners on training activities across channels.
Manage training activities for the assigned geographic area.
Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships between store managers, retail area managers, and the training team.
- Assess training needs and define priorities with business owners.
- Communicate training impact and return on training investment.
- Conduct monthly reviews with business owners to confirm priorities and needs.
Project Delivery and People Management
- Maintain and share project timelines and content delivery dates.
- Ensure training content and delivery meet communicated expectations.
- Train management teams and deliver people-management training.
- Manage store trainers, create development plans, define objectives, and monitor performance.
