- Lead growth driven validation for new venture ideas, including demand testing in complex markets
- Design and run creative experiments that generate real market signals
- Work with founders to define positioning, ideal customer profiles, pricing, and go to market motion
- Execute hands on growth activities including landing pages, outreach, partnerships, and early campaigns
- Support portfolio companies post launch as a growth partner to founders
- Help build repeatable growth and validation playbooks for the studio
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in growth, early go to market, or venture backed startups
- Strong generalist with ability to solve problems first, then figure out the channel
- Experience working directly with founders in early stage, ambiguous environments
- Comfortable validating enterprise, regulated, or operationally complex products
- Ability to move from strategy to execution without a large team or budget
