Overview

The Role

• What you'll own here.
• Lead growth-driven validation for new venture ideas, including demand testing in complex or non-obvious markets.
• Design and run creative experiments that generate real market signals.
• Work with founders to define positioning, ideal customer profiles, pricing, and go-to-market motion.
• Execute hands-on growth activities, including landing pages, outreach, partnerships, and early campaigns.
• Support portfolio companies post-launch as a growth partner to founders and early GTM hires.
• Help build repeatable growth and validation playbooks for the studio.

The Profile

• You're probably a fit if…
• You have 6–10+ years of experience in growth, early go-to-market, or venture-backed startups.
• You’re a strong generalist - you solve problems first, then figure out the channel.
• You’ve worked directly with founders in early-stage, ambiguous environments and thrived.
• You’re comfortable validating enterprise, regulated, or operationally complex products.
• You can move from strategy to execution without needing a large team or budget behind you.
• You know how to set up and track digital ads and when not to run them.
• Bonus: you’ve built validation or growth playbooks that others have actually used.
