Role Overview

  • The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and improving Araby.ai’s overall marketing activities across organic social media, paid advertising, digital campaigns, content, brand communications, partnerships, and marketing materials.
  • This role is ideal for someone who combines strong creative thinking with analytical decision making.
  • We are looking for someone who can take ownership of marketing, generate strong ideas, lead execution, and be accountable for measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage Araby.ai’s monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing strategy.
  • Translate company objectives into clear campaigns, channel plans, and measurable marketing activities.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities, target audiences, partnerships, platforms, and growth channels.
  • Build integrated campaigns across social media, paid advertising, email, websites, events, public relations, and sales materials.
  • Monitor competitors, market trends, AI developments, and customer behavior to identify opportunities.

Social Media and Viral Content

  • Develop original and engaging content ideas for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create campaign concepts, content series, video ideas, hooks, demonstrations, challenges, and interactive formats.
  • Identify trends early and convert them into relevant and timely content.
  • Build and manage the social media content calendar.
  • Review captions, scripts, videos, designs, and other content before publication.
  • Ensure content is consistent with brand positioning, tone, and business objectives.
  • Analyze content performance and develop improved variations based on results.
  • Grow brand awareness, engagement, followers, website traffic, and qualified leads through organic content.

Paid Advertising and Performance Marketing

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Define campaign objectives, audiences, messaging, offers, budgets, and creative requirements.
  • Develop structured testing plans for advertisements, audiences, landing pages, formats, and messaging.
  • Monitor campaign performance, including cost per lead, customer acquisition cost, conversion rate, lead quality, and return on advertising spend.
  • Identify underperforming campaigns and recommend immediate corrective actions.
  • Work closely with designers, video editors, and content creators to produce high performing advertisements.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, attribution, and conversion measurement.

Campaign Development

  • Plan campaigns for product launches, enterprise AI solutions, agentic AI services, partnerships, events, announcements, and company milestones.
  • Create complete campaign plans covering messaging, target audiences, content, advertising, landing pages, lead generation, and follow up activities.
  • Ensure campaigns are coordinated across all relevant channels.
  • Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and performance reviews.
  • Conduct post campaign analysis and document key lessons and recommendations.

Marketing Materials and Brand Communication

  • Manage the development of company profiles, brochures, pitch decks, case studies, proposals, presentations, landing pages, videos, advertisements, and sales materials.
  • Review all marketing materials for messaging, structure, design quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Convert technical AI capabilities into clear, engaging, and commercially relevant messages.
  • Ensure that enterprise decision makers can easily understand Araby.ai’s services, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Work with sales and technical teams to produce industry specific marketing materials.
  • Maintain consistency across the company’s visual identity, communication style, and brand positioning.

Team and Agency Management

  • Manage and provide direction to graphic designers, video editors, content creators, copywriters, agencies, freelancers, and production partners.
  • Create clear and detailed creative briefs.
  • Review submitted work and provide actionable feedback.
  • Maintain an organized production and approval process.
  • Ensure deadlines, quality standards, and campaign objectives are met.
  • Evaluate external agencies and service providers based on quality, performance, and value.

Reporting and Optimization

  • Define marketing KPIs and maintain regular performance dashboards.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering results, insights, challenges, and recommended actions.
  • Measure the impact of marketing on lead generation and revenue.
