Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company documents, records, and filing systems (both physical and electronic).
- Prepare, organize, and archive documents while ensuring proper version control.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and emails.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect, update, and distribute documentation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate attendance, leave records, and other HR administrative tasks.
- Maintain employee, client, and project records with a high level of confidentiality.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and data entry.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when required.
- Support HR and Finance departments with administrative documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company document control procedures and policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Administration and Document Control
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Professional attitude with the ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Summary

Salary
- Pay: AED2,500.00 AED3,000.00 per month.

- Ability to commute/relocate: Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
- Education: Bachelor's (Preferred).
- Experience: Documentation Controller: 2 years (Required); Admin: 1 year (Required).
- Language: English (Required).
