Growth Marketing Manager

• Design, launch, and manage targeted ABM programs focused on high-value regions and strategic accounts, ensuring personalized messaging and alignment with sales engagement strategies.

Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) & Buyer Journey Insights

• Translate market research, customer feedback, and data analysis into actionable insights that inform the development of targeted growth marketing programs aligned with various stages of the buyer journey.

Innovation and Testing

• Proactively explore and test new marketing tactics, channels, and creative approaches to effectively capture the attention of the target audience and generate demand within the competitive education technology landscape.

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a growth marketing, digital marketing, or demand generation role in a SAAS organization.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, with a strong understanding of setting up and overseeing lead scoring, lead routing, campaign builds, and analytics dashboards (experience with tools such as Zapier, Braze, Pipedrive, Salesloft, GA4, and Looker is highly desirable).
• A proven track record of successfully building and executing growth marketing programs that effectively move leads through all stages of the marketing and sales funnel, resulting in measurable pipeline growth.
• End-to-end experience in designing and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting mid-market and enterprise-level buyers.
• Hands-on experience with Hubspot, Braze, GA4 (preferred tools - this is our current tech stack) or Zapier, Braze, Pipedrive, Salesloft and Looker
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Operations, and the broader marketing team, and to translate marketing activities into tangible business value.
• A strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making, including the ability to track performance metrics, derive actionable insights from results, and implement data-backed optimisations.
• A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to thrive in an environment where shared success and strong partnerships are highly valued.
• A naturally curious and creative mindset, with a passion for exploring innovative marketing strategies and testing new approaches to achieve impactful results.
