About the Role

Responsibilities
- Own the partner funnel end to end: acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, expansion
- Orchestrate omnichannel acquisition using campaigns, inbound triggers, and ISR handoffs
- Design frictionless onboarding and first order journeys
- Optimize RFQ to Deal to Order flows using AI intent routing and smart follow ups
- Build lifecycle automation for self service account management and proactive nudges
- Scale cross sell/upsell via recommendations and bundles
- Differentiate journeys for managed partners (digitally enhance account management) and long tail partners (self serve default)
- Run rapid experiments across onboarding, journeys, messaging, and UX
- Use CRM/CDP signals to trigger automated outreach and in product nudges
- Deploy AI chat/voice for intent capture and query resolution
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Digital/MarTech, and Sales/ISR teams
- Continuously capture partner feedback and translate into improvements
Requirements
- 7 8 years of experience in growth, product, or digital roles with strong B2B/platform exposure
- MEA/GCC context preferred
- Hands on with data, systems, CRM, martech, and journeys
- First principles thinker who breaks problems down and designs scalable systems
- High ownership, bias to action, comfortable failing fast
- Obsessed with automation, AI leverage, and repeatability
- Collaborative leader who orchestrates across teams and communicates clearly

Why This Role Exists
- Redington is scaling a platform led, omnichannel RTM that unifies partner self service on B2B E comm platform, CRM led workflows, ISR assistance, and AI driven journeys into one ecosystem.
- The Growth Lead exists to turn this strategy into adoption at scale, making the platform the primary RTM for long tail partners while digitally upgrading CX for managed partners.
Deliverables
- Own the partner funnel end to end: acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, expansion.
- Orchestrate omnichannel acquisition using campaigns, inbound triggers, and ISR handoffs.
- Design frictionless onboarding and first order journeys.
- Optimize RFQ to Deal to Order flows with AI intent routing, pricing/credit nudges, and smart follow ups.
- Build lifecycle automation for self service account management and proactive nudges.
- Scale cross sell/upsell via recommendations, bundles, and brand programs.
- Differentiate journeys for managed partners (digitally enhance account management) and long tail partners (self serve default).
- Run rapid experiments across onboarding, journeys, messaging, and UX.
- Kill what doesn't work; double down and codify playbooks for what does.
- Convert winning tactics into always on workflows.
- Use CRM/CDP signals to trigger automated outreach and in product nudges.
- Deploy AI chat/voice for intent capture, query resolution, and smart routing.
Who You Are
- 7 8 years in growth, product, or digital roles with strong B2B/platform exposure; MEA/GCC context preferred.
